Application: refers to the "MemoCap" application.

1.Connection and Control Terminal Camera Function: When you use the MemoCap app to connect to and control the terminal camera via Wi-Fi, we need to collect your device¡¯s IP address and WLAN/Wi-Fi status information in order to establish a local area network communication channel between devices, enabling real-time camera control, image preview, and data transmission functions.
Please note: According to the underlying requirements of the Android system, obtaining the above-mentioned network status and IP address information may require you to grant the [Location Information] permission (for earlier versions of Android) or the [Nearby Devices/LAN] permission (for Android 12 and later versions). This type of information is essential for the functionality in question. If you refuse to provide it, you will be unable to use the camera connection and control features, though this will not affect your ability to normally use other non-connection-related features of this app (such as browsing your local photo album, etc.).
2.Storage Permission (Read/Write External Storage)
Purpose:To download and save media files (such as videos and photos taken with your device's camera) to your phone's local gallery or file manager, allowing you to view, share, or back them up.
Note:We only request this permission when you actively trigger a "Save" or "Download" action. We will not access, read, or upload your local files in the background without your explicit consent.

We will collect your personal information through the following channels:
1. Information you provide directly: We may collect the information you provide when you register an account, apply for or use our services in this application, as well as the information related to your transactions and activities generated during the use of our services.

After your account is cancelled, we will stop providing you with products or services, and delete or anonymize your personal information, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

We will verify and process your request within 15 working days.
We generally waive fees for legitimate requests. However, we may charge reasonable costs for repeated or excessive requests that exceed reasonable limits. Requests involving unnecessary duplication, requiring significant technical effort (e.g., developing new systems or fundamentally altering existing practices), posing risks to others' legal rights, or being impractical (e.g., accessing information stored on backup tapes) may be denied.
